| Job Title: | Program Director |
| Description: | The responsibility of the Program Director will include overseeing the daily operation of the school as directed by the Owner. This position will plan, develop, organize and maintain the school's programs for students, parents, and staff that support the Mission Statement of Kids 'R' Kids Schools of Midlothian. The Director must be familiar with and stay current on state child care regulations, local and federal regulatory agencies, Kids 'R' Kids policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with them at all times. Record keeping that pertains to the administration of the center in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws is a key requirement of the Director Position. The Director will also supervise the Staff's performance and appearance and conduct required performance evaluations. The Director will supervise or delegate the supervision of Kids 'R' Kids Curriculum/Weekly lesson plan implementation. Ultimately, the Director will provide necessary support for the Owner, Parents and Staff. |

| Job Title: | Cook |
| Description: | The purpose of the Cook Position is to prepare food and maintain the kitchen, café, and pantry in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulatory health and nutrition guidelines as well as all Kids R Kids policies. The Cook will comply with federally mandated universal precautions and infection control guidelines and procedures. The cook will be required to have knowledge of the children with food allergies. The Cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks following the Kids 'R' Kids Menus within state and/or federal guidelines. The Cook will disinfect/Sanitize dishes, counter tops, stove, and all other kitchen equipment daily or more often if needed. The Cook should have basic knowledge of food preparation and nutrition. The Cook will interact with the children in a way that supports the Mission Statement of Kids 'R' Kids Schools of Quality Learning. |
